• All our residences are rented out for a minimum stay of 21 nights, which equals three weeks.
• All our prices include VAT (9% for residential; 21% for cleaning and parking).
• All charges are included in your stay, covering energy, water, WIFI, and television.
• Extensions of your stay at Longstay Breda are subject to availability.
• Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will result in the entire stay being charged in full.
• Longstay Breda operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our availability is only guaranteed at the time of sending the offer.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our studios or apartments.
• Breakage or damage will incur additional charges.
• After confirming your reservation, you will receive an initial invoice for the first month, which must be paid in full at least 21 days before your arrival.
• Subsequent invoices will be sent monthly.”
